The Hills of Lone Pine is a private and picturesque neighborhood located in Michigan's renowned Bloomfield Township. It consists of 133 residences, including 58 lovely estate homes, and 75 spacious condos.

All common areas of the Hills of Lone Pine are monitored and maintained by a dedicated staff. In addition to a general management staff, the Hills of Lone Pine also has a dedicated lawn care and snow removal team.
Safe & Secure
The Hills of Lone Pine is kept safe and private thanks to a gate house that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visitors must first be approved by a resident before gaining entry to the neighborhood.
Bloomfield Hills
School District
Bloomfield Hills Schools is one of the best public school districts in Michigan for students ages 6 weeks to graduation. The Hills of Lone Pine children attend Way Elementary School, Bloomfield Hills Middle School, and Bloomfield Hills High School, all conveniently located just minutes away.
Conveniently Located
Located just five miles from a major highway, our neighborhood is very conveniently located. There are more than five grocery stores within two miles. and the Bloomfield Hills Library is less than a half mile away.
Private Tennis Courts
Hills of Lone Pine residents enjoy use of our private clay tennis courts! Whether you want to schedule a lesson, just shoot around with friends, or play a true match, this private and well-kept court is the perfect spot.
Community Pool & Spa
Our Olympic-sized community pool and spa is open to residents and their visitors from Memorial Day through Labor Day (or later if the weather allows).
Condo Lawn Maintenance
If you're in one of HOLP's 75 condo units, you can cross "lawn care" off your list! All condo lawns and landscaping are managed by our dedicated maintenance service.
Snow Removal and Salting
Hate shoveling? Cross it off your list. The Hills of Lone Pine residents enjoy snow removal and salting of their driveways and front walks throughout the winter season.
Community Management
We are so lucky to have a wonderful staff who manages everything here are HOLP, including managing common area upkeep, pool and tennis court maintenance, neighborhood repairs, and so much more.
Community Ponds, Waterfalls & Walkways
The Hills of Lone Pine has many beautiful water features, and walkways including a loop around Minnow Lake in the center of our beautiful neighborhood. Use of all trails are exclusively reserved for our residents.
